Key technology 1: high-efficient heat transfer pipe- alternate curved surface corrugated pipe
In 2002, studying team brings forward the alternate curved surface corrugated coil pipe evaporative condenser; make use the alternate curved surface corrugated pipe in the evaporative condenser at the first time. This technology has obtained the national practical new type patent authorization, the patent number is ZL 02 2 27886.9, win the second price of china university awards for Science and Technology 2006.
Key technology 2: mitigate corrosion and enhanced heat transfer nanometer layer
By smearing nanometer layer on the surface of heat transfer pipe, can reach the effect of mitigating corrosion, meanwhile in order to decrease the effect of nanometer layer to heat transfer, the material of layer should be strictly controlled, its heat transfer performance can be improves by adding some metal particle, besides, in the process of vaporizing heat transfer, the water film on the pipe, the speed of sprawling and the speed of sloughing are greatly influencing the heat transfer efficiency of the coil pipes, this nanometer layer can improve the heat transfer and mitigate corrosion.
