As
the global energy crisis worsens, and the serious problems of
pollution and resources shortage caused by the uncontrolled
use of fossil energy, many countries turn to looking for new
alternative energy resources. Our mission is to promote the
more use of clean renewable energy, especially to pay more attention
to find better technology combined with industrialized investment
to lower the cost for use of renewable energy.
The
objective of Shenzhen International workshop on Renewable Energy
Technology and Investment (RETI ) is to gather the top experts
from the world to exchange recent research results and useful technologies
with successful applications to promote more use of renewable energy in the world , especially in China.
RETI
2004 will be held on Oct. 15, 2004 in Shenzhen China, and organized by UNIDO-Shenzhen
International Technology Promotion Center for Sustainable Development
(ITPC), the workshop
will be one of the important events in the XI China High-Tech
Fair, which will gather around 300,000 participants
from over 40 countries. A synchronized English-Chinese
translation facility of the workshop is designed to accommodate
about 100 people from different regions of the world. Enterprises or
organizations in the field of renewable energy utilization,
or any personnel interested in this field with technical or
investment background are welcomed to participate.
