BlueSky Ranking Program Experts Meeting
The experts meeting of "Categorized Top Ten Ranking on Renewable Energy Industry in China" BlueSky Ranking Program was held at ITPC meeting room, Shenzhen, on 20 July 2007.
The experts from four institutes, including UNIDO-International Network on Small Hydro Power, China Renewable Energy Society, Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and UNIDO-Shenzhen International Technology Promotion Center for Sustainable Development discussed about the work plan in details and came to a consensus. On the meeting, the ranking fields, evaluation system and research methods were confirmed to guide the next research works.
So as to promote large scale development of the renewable energy industry in China, it is necessary to strengthen the researches for the industrial applications, especially to learn from the successful cases. The purpose of "Categorized Top Ten Ranking on Renewable Energy Industry in China" BlueSky Ranking Program is to set a benchmark for the industrialization of renewable energy in China. BlueSky Ranking Research Report will be published at China Hi-Tech Fair Press Conference once every two years from 2007.
