Under the coordination of the Chairman, the Steering Committee will take charge of the decision and strategy of top importance to ITPC.
The ITPC Director takes responsibility for coordinating the day-to-day management of ITPC. He reports periodically on key issues to the ITPC Steering Committee, such as on ITPC's development strategy, major appointment of staff, program budget and mobilization of financial resources.
