ITPC serves as a national/regional forum in tracking the latest worldwide development in leading-edge technology for energy and environment development and protection.

ITPC promotes technology transfer and cooperation partnerships, policy dialogue, exchange of experiences, information network and business linkages between South-South and North-North countries.

ITPC addressed the concerns of less developed economies for the development of energy and environment related technologies and solutions, investment financing, manpower training and information dissemination.
